Here you can find lots of information about Anthony’s Alpine & Cozy.

Do you have any questions about opening hours, included services or our offer? We have put everything together for you. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Deposit

For a reservation we require a deposit payment of 50% of the full amount. After receiving the deposit payment your booking is confirmed finally.

Dinner – half pension (only in summer)

The 4 course menu will be served daily from 6 pm. We kindly ask you to take a seat till 8.30 pm.

Check-In & Check-out

Your room will be ready for you from 3 pm on your arrival day.
If you are going to arrive after 10 pm, please inform us via e-mail or call, so we are able to arrange a late check in for you.

We kindly ask you to check-out of the room until 10 am, as the new guests are already on their way.
On request and availability we are happy to offer you a late check-out until 12 pm.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 10:00. Depending on availability, breakfast on the day of arrival can be booked for € 23.50 per person.

Parking

Please note that a parking space in our underground parking is not included. Please contact our reception team for more information about price and availability.

Liability and Damage

Every guest is in charge on damages and liabilities, also negligent, in the hotel rooms and on the building. We kindly ask you for your understanding that in case of liability or any damage a deposit needs to be paid at the reception.

Dogs

We are happy to welcome your beloved dog in our hotel. On request we offer dog beds and bowls in the room. The dog fee is € 24,- per day (without food, including cleaning).

Reduction for Children:

There is a price reduction for children after 2 fully paying persons in the room.

  • 0-2 years 100% (with a baby cot)
  • 3-5 years 70%
  • 6-16 years 50%
  • From 17 years or as a 3rd adult 30%
Massage

Our reception team is happy to give you more information of our massage offer. We ask for your understanding that massage appointments can only be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, after that 100% will be charged!

Reception

Summer: our reception is open daily from 7.30am to 10.00pm

Winter: our reception is occupied 24 hours. Changes can happen at the beginning and end of the season.

Reservations in our restaurants

Hotel guests have priority in making table reservations in all of our restaurants.

Non-hotel guests are welcome to contact us by phone or email to make reservations at Happy Valley Steakhouse, Thony's Happy Hill and Thony's Barn. Reservations are not accepted for Anthony's Pizzeria, you are more than welcome to drop by.

Table reservations for up to 11 people can be canceled free of charge up to 12 hours in advance. Groups of 12 or more can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding!

Summer ticket (only in summer)

Cancellation for direct bookings with our hotel

We only accept cancellations which we receive in written form. According to the general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry (ABGH 2006) we reserve the right to charge following cancellation fees:

Summer:

  • Cancellation up to 15 days before the day of arrival: 0% of the total amount
  • Cancellation up to 7 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the total amount
  • Cancellation during the last week before the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount
  • In the case of late arrivals, no-shows and earlier-than-planned departures, we are obliged to invoice the full amount for the entire period of time booked. 

Winter:

  • Processing fee of 5% of the total agreed price up to 61 days prior arrival
  • Cancellation up to 32 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the total amount
  • Cancellation up to 8 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the total amount
  • Cancellation during the last week before the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount
  • In the case of late arrivals, no-shows and earlier-than-planned departures, we are obliged to invoice the full amount for the entire period of time booked.
Wellness

Our opening times of our wellness area is as following:

Summer:

Infinity rooftop pool: daily from 8 am until 8 pm
Sauna, steam bath and whirlpool: daily from 3.30 pm to 8 pm 

Winter:

Infinity rooftop pool: daily from 3.30 pm to 8 pm
Sauna, steam bath and whirlpool: daily from 3.30 pm to 8 pm
