A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Only once we receive your deposit is the booking officially confirmed.
On the day of arrival, your room is ready from 4:00 p.m. For late check-in (after 6:00 p.m.), please give us a quick heads-up.
On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. so we can clean it thoroughly for the next guests. Depending on availability, a late check-out until 12:00 p.m. may be possible.
Reception hours may vary between summer and winter. We’ll let you know ahead of time.
Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. It can be added to your booking or prepared individually in your apartment. On request and depending on availability, breakfast on your arrival day can be booked for €22.00 per person.
One garage parking space is included per booked room unit. Each additional parking space must be paid for. Our reception team is happy to inform you about availability and pricing.
Guests are liable for all damages (including those caused by negligence) to rooms, apartments or the building. Please understand that we may require a security deposit at check-in.
Your four-legged friend is more than welcome! We charge €24.00 per day (excluding food, including cleaning). On request, we’ll provide a dog bed and bowls in your room or apartment.
Child discounts apply only with minimum occupancy depending on room category:
- 0–2 years: 100% discount (in crib)
- 3–5 years: 80% discount
- 6–16 years: 60% discount
- From 17 years: 40% discount
Our reception team will be happy to inform you about our massage offers. Massages are provided by external partners either in your room/apartment or at Anthony’s Life & Style. Please note: Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After that, 100% of the cost will be charged.
ur reception is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., including weekends and public holidays.
In summer and winter, hours may vary.
Hotel guests can make priority reservations in all Anthony’s restaurants.
Non-hotel guests are welcome to call or email us to book a table at Happy Valley Steakhouse, Thony’s Happy Hill or Thony’s Barn. Please note: No reservations for Anthony’s Pizzeria – just come by!
Table reservations for up to 11 guests can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours in advance. Groups of 12 or more may cancel for free up to 24 hours prior.
The St. Anton Premium Summer Card is included in your summer stay with us.
Cancellations are only valid in writing. According to Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006), we charge as follows:
Summer Season:
- Until 15 days before arrival: 0%
- 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50%
- 6 days or less: 90%
- Late arrival, no-show or early departure: 100%
Winter Season:
- Up to 61 days before arrival: 5% handling fee
- 60 to 32 days before: 40%
- 31 to 8 days before: 70%
- Within 7 days: 90%
- Late arrival, no-show or early departure: 100%
Our wellness area is open daily from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. for aparthotel guests.
